Job Description:

CE provides proactive technical services to our clients, while also serves as the technical escalation point to the ROC for complex issues. The CE is seen as client's technical advocate. This includes offering regular, unsolicited advice, information and recommendations to key client contacts. Internally, the CE needs actively communicating with ROC, Pro Serv engineers and account management team, applying company wide standards and best practice to improve client system performance and stability, therefore reducing the total system management cost.

Requirements:

  • 5+ year experience on supporting production level e-commerce systems using three-tier architecture, based on Java J2EE technology.
  • 3~5 year hands-on experience in implementation and supporting IBM software such as IHS web server, WebSphere application server, WAS Network Deploy, WebSphere Commerce.
  • 3~5 year or more solid experience in systems administration, primarily focused on IBM p Series hardware and AIX 5.3/5L.
  • 2~3 year experience on support Yantra/Sterling OMS.
  • General familiarity of SQL, IBM DB2 or Oracle.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience with system performance tuning, capacity planning and patch management.
  • Working experience with SUN hardware/Solaris and network/Cisco knowledge a great plus.
  • Knowledge or experiences in HP OpenView, Remedy, Opsware, SiteScope, etc.
